For consultants
Stop selling your expertise. Start diagnosing their problem.
Most consulting conversations start with a pitch. The Execution Index flips that. You give a leader a 25-question execution diagnostic, debrief their result, and let the team question open naturally. No pitch deck. No proposal. The data does the selling. When the engagement lands, the platform hands you the deck, the guide, and the workbook.
Start with a conversationRoughly 70% of transformations miss their objectives. Not the strategy. Not the technology. The team could not execute the change. This is how you show a client where that risk lives.

Run the workshop at your price
Your priceRun a half or full-day execution workshop. You set the rate. Typical range is $5,000 to $15,000+.
After the workshop, the diagnosis opens follow-on work: AI adoption, coaching, change management, operating model design. XI is the door opener, not the whole business.
Every deliverable, built from the client's data. Push-button.
You bring the engagement. The platform generates the collateral from the team's own data, ready to present.
Your clients do not need another maturity deck. XI gives you a first action per person and per team to build the engagement around, and the room sees it on their own data.

A personalized execution playbook and AI coaching prompts for every person on the team.
Debrief decks and reports
Branded 1:1 debrief decks and XI Reports, generated for each leader you work with.
Workshop slides

The friction map
After XI and SI, a six by six view of where execution capability meets organizational friction.
Your business, your price
XI is the diagnostic front end. You set your own workshop and advisory pricing. The platform supports your practice, it does not compete with it.
Your kit
Walk into the room with the kit already built
Every document generates from the client's data at click time. Nothing to build the night before. You read the guide, print the workbooks, and run the session.
Workshop decks
Presentation-ready, built from the client's live data. Shown: the team's strengths and opportunities slide.
Facilitator guides
Consultant-only notes: timing and the questions to ask, adapted to this team's bands.
Participant workbooks
Handouts for the room. Print one per chair.
One unlock carries the whole engagement
The team unlock covers both kits. The XI workshop: team report, slides, guide, and workbook. And the full AI Execution Plan engagement: the six page team plan, the AI Execution Day deck, the friction map insert, its own guide, and a workbook for every chair. Every member gets their own documents too: a personal playbook, their full XI diagnostic, and a personal AI Execution Plan naming where AI helps their work first. You sell one engagement. The platform hands you the next one.

Yours
You set the rate. Typical: $5K to $15K+
You pay the $497 only after a client has committed to a team. No cash out of pocket while you are still selling. It was priced by a solo operator who knows that pressure: your cost shows up after your revenue does. If your workshop rate is $5,000, the materials are 10% of the engagement. If it is $10,000, they are 5%. The rest is yours.

Who built this
He's run the operations you're running
John Vyhlidal has run the operations you're running. Military officer, Big 4 consultant, Fortune 500 executive, business owner. Twenty years building the systems that turn strategy into results while everyone else was still arguing about the plan.
He was the person they called when a transformation was stuck. He inherited teams that were underwater and delivered what he said he would deliver.
The Execution Index is that experience turned into a diagnostic. It looks for what he looks for: where the work is about to slow down, and what to do about it first. Built over more than 20 years of leading transformations, grounded in the science of how people are wired, and checked against decades of documented cases of where change succeeds and where it fails.
Most assessments measure your people. This one measures the work.
You already know your team's personalities, strengths, and working styles. None of that tells you where the next initiative will slow down. The Execution Index does.
What most assessments measure
Communication
how they relate
Personality
who they are
Thinking
how they reason
Leadership
how they lead
All of it points at your people.
What the Execution Index measures
Execution
Where the work gets stuck, slips off-track, or stalls. Measured across the six phases every initiative has to clear to get done.
It points at the work.
Who this is for
Built for people who have spent years inside complex organizations and now want to turn that pattern recognition into a consulting offer. Not a franchise. A diagnostic front end that lets your experience do the talking.
Strong fit
- Has operated inside complex organizations
- Has client access or credible warm relationships
- Can interpret executive and team dynamics
- Building solo consulting, advisory, or fractional work
- Wants a sharper diagnostic front end for client conversations
Not the right fit
- Looking for a scripted franchise or turnkey system
- Needs broad certification before talking to clients
- Selling generic motivation or self-improvement
- Wants to automate volume before proving the motion
Questions
Do I need my own technical readiness assessment to offer the AI Execution Plan?
No. XI carries the assessment: the execution profile of the people, the maturity of the organizational systems, the friction between them, and a structured inventory of the workflows the team runs. The stack facts are inputs your client's IT can supply. If you already run a technical assessment, XI slots in as the execution half.
What does the client actually see?
The leader sees a personal execution profile: a score, an archetype, and a six-phase breakdown. The team sees a collective report built from their own data. The friction map shows where execution meets organizational friction in plain language, with what breaks at each intersection and what solves it. And once the team logs its work, the six page AI Execution Plan: three readings, the ranked work, and the question each leading candidate puts in front of the team.
How long does the assessment take?
25 questions, about ten minutes per person, and scores are instant, so the leader's profile is ready before your first debrief. The workflow inventory adds three to four minutes per person: pick an occupation, tap the workflows you run, rate hours and pain.
How is the workflow ranking scored?
Each workflow breaks into tasks, matched against a library of 1,016 occupations and 18,796 real tasks, each carrying a published score for how much of that work AI already does well today. Hours and pain come from the team's own entries. Execution fit comes from their XI scores and their own systems ratings. The formula is deterministic and the inputs are visible, so you can defend the ranking in front of a skeptical sponsor.
Does the report declare the client ready for AI?
No, and that is deliberate. The report gives readings: three dimensions of the same team, how each reading was formed, and the questions the data puts in front of the team. The readiness call is yours to make with the client. A tool that hands out verdicts replaces you. A tool that hands you evidence backs you.
We advise on AI but do not run workshops. Does this still fit?
Yes. The workshop kit is there if you want it. The core value is the data: the team report, the friction map, and the six page AI Execution Plan with its ranked work can feed your implementation plan directly, workshop or not.
